Win Rupees Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to Win Rupees. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Win Rupees ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Win Rupees operates the online casino and sports betting platform available at winrupees.click and any associated mobile interfaces.

Win Rupees is designed and operated specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all supported payment methods are local Pakistani services. By accessing any part of Win Rupees, including browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing bets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Win Rupees.

To register and use Win Rupees, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win Rupees does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or wager. We actively implement age-verification measures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where access to and use of online gaming and betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You must not be employed by Win Rupees, any of its affiliates, or any game or software supplier to Win Rupees. Immediate family members of such employees are also ineligible to participate.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one Win Rupees account. Creating duplicate accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

When registering your Win Rupees account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment details.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. Win Rupees will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone.
• Notify Win Rupees immediately at support@winrupees.click if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Win Rupees account, whether carried out by you or a third party who gains access using your credentials. Win Rupees cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Win Rupees reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or NICOP — at any time. This is particularly likely before processing large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending completion.

Win Rupees processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — Mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — Digital wallet
• SadaPay — Digital wallet
• IBFT — Interbank funds transfer via any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — Pakistani bank-issued debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification requirements. Win Rupees does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.

Deposits made to Win Rupees may only be used for wagering on the platform. You may not deposit funds to Win Rupees and immediately withdraw them without genuine gaming activity — this constitutes abuse of the platform and may result in account suspension.

Win Rupees reserves the right to reject any deposit that we believe, in our reasonable judgement, originates from an illegal or unlawful source. All funds deposited must belong to the registered account holder — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Win Rupees is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. Our standard processing time for withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash is under 15 minutes from the time of approval. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 30 minutes during banking hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Win Rupees does not charge fees on withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes providing a valid Pakistani CNIC or NICOP where requested.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering-incomplete balances may be withheld pending fulfilment of applicable playthrough requirements.
• Win Rupees reserves the right to apply a 48-hour pending period on first-time withdrawal requests to allow for security review.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of suspected fraud, unresolved disputes, or pending account verification.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the funds will be returned to your Win Rupees balance and you will receive notification with the reason for the declined request. If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined, contact our support team at support@winrupees.click.

Win Rupees offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all Win Rupees promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Win Rupees balance. Real money is always used first unless you specifically elect otherwise.
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Win Rupees reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

Win Rupees offers a range of casino games including slots, live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), and specialty games. The following general gaming rules apply across the platform:

• All Win Rupees games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems for software-based games and certified physical equipment for live dealer tables. Game outcomes are independently audited and cannot be influenced by Win Rupees or any player.
• Any technical error or malfunction during a game round renders that round void. Stakes will be returned to your Win Rupees balance in the event of a voided round.
• Win Rupees is not responsible for bets placed using incorrect information, misread odds, or through interface errors caused by the player's own device or connection.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bonus rounds. Specific maximum win amounts are displayed in individual game information panels.
• Published game RTPs (return-to-player percentages) represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

Win Rupees offers sports betting markets including PSL cricket, esports, and other sporting events. The following rules govern all sports betting activity at Win Rupees:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format. Win Rupees reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds at any time. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (commonly called "palpable error" odds) may be voided and stakes returned.
• Pre-match bets are accepted until the advertised bet acceptance cut-off time for each event, which is typically at the moment of the first scheduled delivery, kick-off, or event start.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match moments. Win Rupees cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets throughout any event.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after the minimum valid play period, settlement will follow our specific event rules as published in the Win Rupees help centre.
• PSL betting markets at Win Rupees cover all six franchise teams across all stages — league, eliminator, and final. Tournament outright markets are settled once the winner is officially confirmed by the PCB.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets. Maximum single-event payout at Win Rupees is Rs 5,000,000 PKR unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win Rupees. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with Win Rupees games or betting markets.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes, including through collusion with other players or with live dealer table participants.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotions, free bets, or bonus offers in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than genuine gameplay.
• Using Win Rupees for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid financial monitoring, or any other activity that violates Pakistan's anti-money laundering regulations.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing Win Rupees on behalf of a self-excluded player or permitting a self-excluded player to use your account.
• Accessing Win Rupees from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Win Rupees staff or other players via any communication channel.

Win Rupees reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.

When an account is closed for breach of Terms, Win Rupees reserves the right to withhold any balance — including both deposited funds and bonus-derived funds — where those funds are connected to prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine deposited balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification.

Players may voluntarily close their Win Rupees account at any time by contacting support at support@winrupees.click. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days of the written request.

Win Rupees is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on the platform. We believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial burden or a source of distress.

All content on the Win Rupees platform — including but not limited to the Win Rupees brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Win Rupees or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use Win Rupees for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Win Rupees content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of Win Rupees intellectual property may result in legal action.

Win Rupees provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions. Win Rupees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from platform unavailability.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, where such error was corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Win Rupees platform.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delayed or failed payment processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win Rupees' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Our total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Win Rupees holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaint process may be referred to our licensing authority's player dispute resolution mechanism.

Win Rupees has an internal complaint process: if you have a dispute, please first contact our support team at support@winrupees.click with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right to escalate to the applicable licensing body.

Win Rupees reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of Win Rupees following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
